• Grievance Cell, State Police Headquarters, Odisha,Cuttack receives grievance petitions from public & employees and put up the same before DGP & Senior Officers for redressing their grievances.



• On the grievance day (Every Monday except Government Holidays) the grievances of both public & employees are being heard into by the Director General of Police & Senior Officers Vide S.P. Hdqrs letter No. 2066/GC(PAG) dt.25.10.2012.


• In the grievance day the public should reach at Grievance Cell preferably in the first hour and put forth their grievance in writing in the Grievance Cell for scrutinisation and preparation of notes.


• Police Personnel up to the rank of Inspector of Police and equivalent ranks shall put forth their grievance before the authority through Grievance Cell. The dress order is ceremonial "B".


• All the Police Personnel while coming to this Hdqrs for their transfer/deputation should bring their service particulars from their respective units Vide S.P. Hdqrs letter No. 32498/Exe dt.04.8.2012.


• They should produce their service particulars along with their representation at the Grievance Cell for scrutinisation and preparation of notes.


• The grievance petitions are also received online and through dak.
